Can I send you my own memorial?

Yes, you can send us anything you would like to have placed at the graveside and we will deliver it.  Please call or email us for more information.

 

How much notice do I need to give?

We aim to do all the work within 10 days from the date of payment.  For special occasions, we usually require 10 days notice, however, we can sometimes help sooner if you call us and we are available.

 

How do you clean gravestones?

Firstly, it is important to know that we do not use any chemicals that will ruin any type of stone.  We use special cleaning fluids and equipment and do not use power washers, sand blasting or harsh treatments.  It can usually take a day or two to get the stone looking the best it can. If, once you have placed your order, we find that the stone cannot be cleaned due to it being unstable or beyond repair, we can get a quote for you from a local business that may be able to fix it and we will refund your payment within 3 days.

I'm not sure where my family member is buried?

Cherished graves can carry out a search for the cemetery of your loved one and plot number for just £5.00.  Please send us a message on the contact page with as much details as you know including name of deceased, date of birth, date of death and if they are buried with any family members.  We will do the research then get back to you.
